my eyes opened widei
float on cloud in a sea of blue sky
i reach out to the reflection of hope
and in my hand is an alibii
cant have what i want
cause i'm afraid of what it will bring
more and more in what feels like an eternitybut i cant bring, myself
to emotions that i feel
because i've buried them so deep
that i cant see my hands anymore
heart rate increases
i've still defeated my hope for the future
but i realize it swiftly so how can i bring the one that i adore to my door?but as a man
i stand up and my footsteps heavy but deliberate
in my mind i know that i must go but no one else will go near it
i've pushed them all away
in an effort to stay............................i hear no noise
my eyes ever so slightly open
i roll over and see the time
i reach out of my nonexistent cloud
and i feel a warm body.........you wake up knowing
that i'm not entirely
thereyour not discouraged
rather your nourish and pull me close to you
your heart beats as mine weeps
asking howdid i get solucky..........
